[Fan Fic] Born For You: Love or Destiny (Chapter 2)

Hans and Justin's conversation was cut when suddenly Hans phone ring. It's a call from an unregistered number.

Justin notice that there's a sudden change on Hans' facial expression. He seem surprise and happy at the same time receiving a call from that person that he call "Julia Roberts". 

Hans saw the curious face on Justin when he look at him after putting down his hand phone. He looks like he is so curious about the person that he is talking to on the phone.

After accompanying Justin on his way out of the restaurant, Hans go straight to his office still thinking about Julia. Hearing from her that she's coming to Seoul really makes him happy.

Its the first Sunday of the month and the weather in Seoul is very nice. Hans, decided to took a one day off at the restaurant. He's going to be busy for the whole day. Today, is Julia's flight to Seoul as stated in her email to Hans. Since her flight will only be reaching Seoul at 7pm, Hans decided to visit Mr. and Mrs. Lee to have lunch with them and Justin.

Justin's parents treat Hans like their own son. They've been good to him. He call them Eomeoni (mother) and Abeoji (father). Hans is very thankful to them. He never felt that he doesn't have a family after his parents died. 

Mr.Lee just smile knowing that he cannot argue any more with his wife. 

Justin knew that he cannot do anything about it. If its his mother who request for it he cannot say no. He really loves his mother that's why he always agrees with those set up dates.

Then all of a sudden, Hans phone rings.

Hans, left the Lee's Residence. He drive his car as fast as he can. He doesn't want her to wait at the airport.

Justin is different from Hans when he left the Lee's residence. If Hans, is so enthusiastic and in a rush, Justin walks slowly and feels like not wanting to leave at all. But he don't have any choice, he needs to follow her mother. On his way to the airport, his mind was preoccupied with different thoughts about that girl.

Because he's too busy thinking of this, he didn't realize he pass the route to the airport. He doesn't want to do a U-turn so instead he take the other way to the airport which will take him 30 more minutes. Anyway he is not concern on the travel time to the airport. So he might as well take the long journey. 


Hans on the other hand is still in his car and is caught on a traffic jam.

Being unable to contact her really worries Hans. If only he can fly so he can reach the airport now. 

At the lobby of the arrival area of Incheon International Airport...

Justin is about to reach the airport now.


Hans finally pass the traffic jam.


And Julia was sitting and thinking on what to do.

Who will reach the airport first? Will it be Hans or Justin? What will happen if Hans and Justin found out that Justin's Trainee Assistant and Hans' Julia Roberts is the same person... Samantha Kim?

Justin Lee... at the age of 25 he is already the chairman of Lee Group of Companies. His father's unstable health leads him to this position. Being the only child he doesn't have any choice but to replace the position of his father. The initial plan was for him to replace his father's position for only a year but because of his good works the board decided that he will take the role until his father decided to come back. 

His status in the business world makes him the most eligible bachelor in Korea. High ranking government officials, business men and professionals would always meet up with Justin's parents to set up a date between their daughter and Justin. Even some celebrities tried to catch the attention of Justin whenever there's an event that he is present.


But all this time no one ever captures the heart of Justin. To please his parents, he would come to the set up dates. But Justin would always end this dates by telling the girl that he is not interested with her. But being a true gentleman he would always do it in a good way. That's why even though girls knew that dating him will always end up being label as "dump girl", his popularity among the girls never cease. Instead more and more girls become interested on him. 


A lot of people wonder why he never opens his heart to anyone. This is a question that even his parents doesn't know why. But there's one person who can definitely answer this question. Someone who have known him since they were young. His best friend, Hans Woo.


Hans Woo is 3 years younger than Justin. At the age of 5 he was already an orphan. His parents died in a car accident while travelling in Europe. Most of his relatives are overseas so Mr. Lee decided to take the responsibility for Hans. Justin's parents treat him as their own son. They went to same school during their primary and secondary years. They only separated when Justin studies in the US while Hans stay in Korea to finish his secondary school. Mr. Lee wants Hans to study in the US also but Hans insist that he prefer to finish his studies in Korea. So, they only meet again after 4 years when Justin got his degree in Business Management. Hans on the other hand got his degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management in Korea 2 years after. 

After he graduated, Mr. Lee ask him to set up his own business. Hans parents left a trust fund for him. But Mr. Lee never use it for his studies. Instead he wants him to use it in starting his own business. Hans, told him that he wants to start a restaurant that can cater all types of food. So he told him that he wants to travel overseas first to see and learn more about the foods of different countries. For one year, he travel to US, Italy, Japan, Thailand, Philippines, Taiwan, China and Singapore. Then he return to Korea and start the restaurant that Mr. Lee wants him to start. He named the restaurant "My Food Haven".


All sorts of people would come to "My Food Haven" to try the different types of food that they have. The most common food that they serve are Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and Western Foods. But other than that, they also cater foods from other countries upon the request of customers. His restaurant is always full, especially if Justin is around. 

Hans was surprise seeing Justin coming to his restaurant during that time of the day alone. Usually he would come there during lunch time or dinner to bring his clients for meeting. Justin prefers Hans restaurant because of the different type of foods that they have. Justin's clients from the US, Europe and Asia will not miss their own food as they have it upon request. Also, there's an area in the restaurant where he can talk to his client (even private matters) with no disturbance.

Saying it in a way that if you don't know they are friends you would think that they are about to start a fight.

After saying that... there's a complete silence on Justin. He just stares outside as if Hans and all the people in the restaurant doesn't exist.

Hans went to the kitchen to personally prepare Justin's favorite meal... 

Hainanese Chicken Rice

Fresh Lime Juice

Justin will always order this whenever he visit Hans restaurant on pleasure. But during business meetings he will let his clients decide on what food they prefer. Hainanese Chicken Rice and Home Made Lime Juice are personally prepared by Hans. He learn to cook Hainanese Chicken Rice when he was in Singapore.


Justin was left reading a magazine when suddenly Hans phone rings. At first he ignores it but the phone keeps on ringing. He get the phone and look at the screen to check who's calling Hans. The call is coming from a certain name "Julia Roberts". He was curious so he decided to answer the phone. 

Upon hearing his voice the caller never answers and just ended the call. You can see from his face that he didn't feel good about that. While still holding the phone and looking at the screen, Hans suddenly came with the food that he prepare for Justin.

Hans, smile cause he knows that when Justin calls him "Hans Woo" it means he's getting irritated already.

Hans, wants to tell him more about her when suddenly his phone rings. This time it's an unregistered number. Seems like an overseas call.

Who is Julia Roberts in Hans life? Will she be part of Justin's life too? Find out in the next Chapter...

From 4:56 to 5:14 - listen carefully what Sukkie replied to the host when he ask him which one he prefers, lemons or oranges. Sukkie said "I Like Lime... I Like Lime... I Like Lime" he said it three times. 

Shin Hye during the You're Beautiful Shoot

From 2:51 to 3:01 - from the english sub when Shin Hye was holding a bucket of Chupa Chups, she said "Lime is the Best, I Love this flavor". And look when she gave one to Shin Woo she said, "It's my favorite"

Conclusion: why do you think Sukkie said "I Like LIME" during the Singapore Cri Show? Well... I LIKE LIME!!!!!

GeunShin Fan Account on Cri Show in Singapore

My previous blog was a fan account on the whole JGS Cri Show in Singapore. Now I want to share how I see the show on a perspective side of a GeunShin or SukHye.

First I want to start by saying, again this is how I feel during the concert. I am not, in any way want to say bad things to anyone here. You may have your own side, I'll respect that so please hope you'll also respect what I'll be saying too.

Let me start on the part when they are showing photos of Sukkie in London for his photo book.


Photo in the market along the fruit stand

Fruit market and he is holding an orange and lemon. He said that they took that photo because the colour was very nice. I couldn't remember what the host tell him after that. What I remember is he ask him what he like among the fruit that he is holding, orange or lemon. I so love his answer "I like LIME". If you're a GeunShin or SukHye, I think you would love his answer too :)

When he answers "I Like Lime" he answer it instantly. No need for a second thought. The host even tell him "so you really like it. Was that the secret for having that look" I think he's referring on Sukkie's glowing skin and face. But come to think of it, is it really the lime that makes him glow or is it someone related to a "LIME"?. Oh one more thing, when he answers it, you can see in his facial expression that he really likes the "LIME". Like a guy telling how much he loves his girl.

While on the street they took this photo. The host ask him what's with that sign. He said he's not sure also. But it seems I've seen him doing this, though I'm not sure where and when.

Interview about Marry Me, Mary!


Like most of the GS I'm also a bit sad cause in the concert Sukkie mention something about her co-actress in MMM (again I will say "co actress" cause as far as I remember he didn't mention her name) If he do mention her name I'm sorry maybe I just overheard it. I'm not against her. I think she's also a good person. It just so happen that I love Shin Hye more. That's why I won't say anything against her cause I wouldn't want her fans to say something bad to Shin Hye also.


This is what I notice during the flow of the interview...


1) the host mentioning the lines in YAB... he mentioned one and he even repeat it (looking at Sukkie, i think to check if he said it correctly) but for MMM... he only remember one line "You must like me" (I think this is the line, but I'm not 100% sure cause i haven't watch it) >>>For me, if an actor or actress, really have fun and enjoy the drama or movie he/she should be able to remember not only one line right? I'm just wondering... why for YAB he could still remember most of his lines. Just recently when he went to China, the host show a photo of Go MI Nam and ask him to do a scene in YAB and instantly he knows what to say and what to do.


2) the host ask him what moments he could remember during the filming of MMM... he could only remember being drunk after the shoot cause they are in the bar and they would always drink... >>> In his previous interviews for YAB how come when he's ask for moments in YAB he could remember a lot? What could it mean, if an actor still remembers the moments they have in the drama even if it has been finished about 2 years ago? Does it mean he had fun filming the drama that's why he can still remember every little details during the filming? Or he treasure those moments because he loves working with his co actress and actor?


3) since Sukkie was not mentioning about his co actress in MMM (which i think what the host would want to hear from him) he just then straight away ask Sukkie about her. Sukkie answer it the usual way. Saying they are just friends. And then there comes that part when Sukkie mention that he spoke to her before going to Singapore. The host ask what they talked about and he said that he ask her to have a drink when he returns to Korea. >>> Like I've said in my previous blog, I never put malice to it. Why? Because why would you say such things to the public if that friend is more than just being a friend(girl friend). Would a boyfriend ask his girl friend out for a drink and announce it to the public? Knowing Sukkie he would rather keep it a secret.


Star Ring on his left fore finger


While he was in his Kang Mu-Gyul character, he is wearing a Blue Ring Star in his forefinger. I saw the ring when he was singing "My Precious". Who could be that precious woman for him?


Videos of You're Beautiful


Before coming to stage as Hwang Tae Kyung, they show some scenes from You're Beautiful. And the scream of the audience are so loud as compare to the video for MMM. If I'll base on the scream of the audience it shows that they are not actually against Shin Hye for him. Cause even those scenes showing sweet moments with her, they also scream (I'm one of them). And towards the end, like I've said, they sing a long with Lovely Day.


Fly Me to the Moon


He willingly sing this song after the lucky girl answer the question. Take note, the host didn't ask him, he said he wants to sing it. And when he sing it, it's not just for the sake of singing the song. He sing like he was singing it in YAB (only Go Mi Nam is not with him).


ANJell Song - Still/As Ever


I'm just wondering why of all the song in YAB he chooses to sing this song? To think he is not feeling well and this song requires higher vocals. But still he sing this song perfectly and whole heartedly. And the audience participate when he put his microphone towards the audience. Well we all love the song. And we all  love Hwang Tae Kyung :)


Conclusion: Though he never mentioned our Princess Shin Hye, those instances above (for me) are good enough to show how much he treasure the friendship(???)  they have. GeunShin/SukHye Fighting :)
